From the top of Olympia to the side of Great Wall, the raging flame has been handed over 5 different continents within 4 months’ hard time until finally it reached Beiing to fulfill its 1^st holly mission given by the Olympics.

　　As for each people, it is the greatest honor to take on the role of the torchbearer at the last station of Beijing, the Capital city blended with profound culture and time rays, and light up the dream expected and passed around Chinese nation over hundred years. On 7^th, as the only people from the dairy industry in China within 841 torchbearers and the 1^st Stock Donator in the World, Mr. Niu said touchingly, “Everyone has a dream. In order to fulfill the centurial dream of China, the whole nation has made consistent efforts. It’s my honor to participate in the relay of the torch; and the distance I ran across will be the most memorable one in my life. ” As one of the pioneers for the modern dairy industry in China, Mr. Niu has never stopped running towards his dream during 30 years experiences. Several years ago, when he was selected by CCTV as China Annual Economical Figure, the introduction said, “He is a cow, but has running at the speed of a rocket.” It is the social responsibility he has been taken on and the dream to strengthen 1.3 billion Chinese people that has been supported him to develop in such a high speed continuously.

　　A commercial legendary of a dairy group was created without glorious background. Mr. Niu, with the idea of No Responsibility No Brand, has been pursuing the quality of products, set up market reputation, cared for his employees and penetrated the power of responsibility into each single detail. Within a short period of 9 years, he led the small company which listed beyond No. 1000 in Chinese dairy industry to the champion of UHT milk in the world. As for himself, he has been selected as the Most Influential Entrepreneurial Leaders in China for consecutively 5 years ever since 2003. However, compared with the achievement of a Successful Merchant, he has gained more public concerns as a Responsible Entrepreneur. In 2005, he donated the entire share held by him and his family members to set up Laoniu Foundation devoting for social commonweal affairs and became the 1^st Stock Donator in the World. Mr. Niu has interpreted well his duty on the society with real action and appears frank towards public doubts, “Fortune is only a small pleasure to satisfy an individual from nothing to something; while a big pleasure to contribute back to the society.”

　　This simple idea of social responsibility of his has gained wide recognition from the Western Countries. In March this year, Mr. Niu was invited to give a speech on the stage of Harvard Business School to explore the social responsibility of Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs. It was reported by the western media, “It’s the 1^st time for a Chinese entrepreneur to interpret the social responsibility of enterprises with his own practice and ideas on the global forum. Mr.Niu is also the 1^st Chinese entrepreneur invited by Harvard to discuss on the topic of Duty and Charity rather than Growth and Development. He has showed to the Western Society in such a close distance and convinced them that the responsible Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs will devoted themselves into the construction of a better world. ” The story of Mr. Niu has told us that an entrepreneur can effect beyond an enterprise itself.  

　　The health of a nation is supported by milk. As the inaugurator of the dairy industry of modern China, it has become an unshrinking responsibility for Mr. Niu Gensheng to spread around the milk knowledge and promote its consumption level among Chinese people. There’s always a dream to strengthen the nation by milk in his heart; and the aspiration of making every Chinese strong physically and psychologically has driven him to make unceasing efforts towards it.

　　In June of 2006, Mr. Niu Gensheng and his company united Chinese Dairy Association, Office for the National Students’ Milk, and the Public Nutrition & Development Center to initiate the China Milk Love Action to donate free milk to 1000 primary schools nationwide for one year. The activity has not only sent milk to the children, but also the concept of 500 Grams of Milk Each Day Helps to Strengthen the Whole Nation to the heart of each Chinese people. During two years’ time, 22 loving-heart partners including FAO of the United Nations joint into the action for this lofty cause of milk popularization and traveled over 31 provinces in China except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. In July of this year, China Milk Love Foundation was founded to collect more loving-hearts from the society and promoted China Milk Love Action onto a new stage. Through China Milk Love Foundation, everyone can participate in the Action easily and donate his/her love.

　　Half a month ago, a special letter from FAO highly praised the positive effect of China Milk Love Action on milk popularization in China. What’s more, FAO indicated, “We will take China Milk Love Action for reference in other developing countries to further promote the milk consumption activity around the world and lay down a solid and healthy foundation for the brilliant future of children.” During these two years, Mr. Niu Gensheng and his 22 partners have transmitted together the dream of strengthening the nation by milk to the deep hearts of 1.3 billion Chinese people.
